Section 1 - Rock Back, Side Right, Cross, ½ Turn Left, Side Left * 2
1&2 Rock back on right foot, recover on the left, step right foot to right side and slide left foot next to right
3&4 Cross rock left foot over right, recover weight to right foot, ½ hinge turn left, sweep left foot next to right
5-8 Repeat steps 1-4
Section 2 - Rock ½ Turn, Step, Rock ¼ Turn, Step, Rock ½ Turn, Step, Back Rock
9&10 Rock back on right foot, recover weight to left foot, spin ½ turn left on ball of left foot
11&12 Rock back on left foot, recover weight to right foot, spin ¼ turn right on the ball of right foot
13&14 Rock back on right foot, recover weight to left foot, spin ½ turn left on the ball of left foot
15&16 Rock back on the left foot, recover weight to the right foot, step left foot next to right

17&18 Rock right foot to right side, recover weight to left foot, cross right foot over left
19&20 Rock left foot to left side, recover weight to right foot, cross left foot over right
21&22 Step right foot to right side, cross left foot behind right, step right foot into a ¼ turn right
23&24 Step left foot forward, pivot ½ turn right, step left foot forward

25&26 Rock forward on right foot, rock back on to ball of left while turning ½ turn right, step forward on right (small step)
27&28 Rock forward on left foot, rock back right while pivoting ¼ turn left, step left next to right
29&30 Rock forward on right foot, rock back on to ball of left while turning ½ turn right, step forward on right foot
31&32 Rock forward on left foot, rock back on right foot, step left next to right
